Sunbird - Washing itself on the wet frond

We have just watered the plants in the garden - the leaves were wet and I was attracted to the chirping and movement in some of the leaves. Upon close inspection, I realised there were 2 Olive backed sunbirds (Nectarina jugularis) bathing themselves on the frond. One flew away and the other was "patient" to allow me to retrieve my camera and captured it.

It was a situation of having the right gear, the right place and time for these video and pictures.

Enjoy
